We are writing because we feel compelled to compliment you on many aspects of the service your company recently provided in our home:
Dust Free System — It really was dust free! We didn’t believe it would be, but it was. There was very little clean up after your crew was finished.
Your Crew — Your guys were great. They were very nice and went about their work efficiently and finished on time! Took a lot of time to hand scrape all the corners and sides.
Your Service — We always felt like the most important customer you had. Thanks for taking the time to explain the whole process to us.
The Finished Product — The most important thing of all was the finished floor. It looks fantastic. We were really very nervous about having this work done, but we are so thrilled with the results. The floor is beautiful, and even over a month later still looks brand new…and we have a rowdy little toddler!

We were very pleased with the hardwood floor refinishing and staining job Jim and his crew did in May, 2008. It certainly seemed to be 99.8% dust free. We went out of the country while he worked in the house. Jim took good care of everything while we were gone. He also has been very good with returning to follow up some minor things even after being paid. So many companies are very slow or non-existent with the important follow up that is usually necessary.

We would highly recommend Jim and his company Woody’s Hardwood Flooring. Jim is very proud of his company’s work and he should be. It shows!
