Customer Testimonials
Working with Woody’s Flooring was a pleasure from start to finish. There were no surprises. Everything happened within the expected time frame and everyone we worked with were friendly, professional and talented. Most importantly, the floors are beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

We want to express our thanks and gratitude for the flooring project just completed by your company at our residence. The procedure from day one until completion was done in a very professional manner. Your employees were courteous and professional in every way. I can assure you that we would not have attempted to have your company sand, scrape, and refinish the entire first floor of our home without the “dustless” equipment that was used. We were able to remain in our home during the entire procedure without any discomfort. The results are spectacular and our visiting friends complement us on the results often. Thank you for a job well done! Please drop by to see us when you are in the area.

It is our pleasure to recommend the services of Jim Petersen and his company, Woody’s Hardwood Flooring. My husband and I chose to use Jim’s company because of his professionalism and high standards, and we could not be happier with the results.
From the beginning of the process Jim showed that he cared about giving us excellent service and advice. He took the time to explain our options fully and help us choose a color and finish that would work best with our home and lifestyle. After showing us the samples of our choice, he assured us that he would be happy to come back and show us more if we desired. As a result of his patience and conscientiousness, we made the perfect choices. Furthermore, he and his team are punctual and exceptionally courteous, which made working with them a pleasure.
Our faith in Jim and his team paid off. We are delighted with the beauty of our refinished floors and by how much they enhance our home. As an added bonus. the team’s innovative dust-free method meant that we did not even have to dust when we moved back into the house, which astonished us.
All of our friends and family who have seen our floors have commented on the high quality of Woody’s work, and some of them are already considering using Jim and his team for their own future projects. We are grateful to have worked with a company like Woody’s Hardwood Flooring that believes in providing an outstanding service. We would definitely use them again.

It has been a pleasure working with your company. Your timeliness, courteousness and professionalism were evident in every step of the floor refinishing process. As you stated, the technique you employ left no dust or debris in my home, the furniture was moved and replaced and I would recommend your company most highly.

Once again, we want to express how impressed and grateful we are with your outstanding and beautiful work. It is difficult to find someone dependable. Harder still to find someone with high integrity and relentless dedication to excellence. And rarest of all to find someone with the talent, knowledge, special skills, and craftsmanship to turn those dedicated high standards to beautiful, practical, and long-lasting results.
We also want to thank you for all your care and sensitivity with our home and property. And for your follow-up and support afterwards with felt pads for furniture, proper cleaning products, ensuring we are satisfied with every detail, etc. We could not be happier or more impressed with the level of service and quality you bring to every aspect of the process. You have created and provide a rare and outstanding service.

We were very pleased with the hardwood floor refinishing and staining job Jim and his crew did in May, 2008. It certainly seemed to be 99.8% dust free. We went out of the country while he worked in the house. Jim took good care of everything while we were gone. He also has been very good with returning to follow up some minor things even after being paid. So many companies are very slow or non-existent with the important follow up that is usually necessary.
We would highly recommend Jim and his company Woody’s Hardwood Flooring. Jim is very proud of his company’s work and he should be. It shows!

We are writing because we feel compelled to compliment you on many aspects of the service your company recently provided in our home:
Dust Free System — It really was dust free! We didn’t believe it would be, but it was. There was very little clean up after your crew was finished.
Your Crew — Your guys were great. They were very nice and went about their work efficiently and finished on time! Took a lot of time to hand scrape all the corners and sides.
Your Service — We always felt like the most important customer you had. Thanks for taking the time to explain the whole process to us.
The Finished Product — The most important thing of all was the finished floor. It looks fantastic. We were really very nervous about having this work done, but we are so thrilled with the results. The floor is beautiful, and even over a month later still looks brand new…and we have a rowdy little toddler!
